Scots Restaurant and Cafe is very underrated and deserves more attention! They serve high-quality Western food with generous portions across all dishes. One small feedback would be the Eggs Benedict — the poster on the wall shows a side salad, but the actual serving didn’t have one. However, the taste did not disappoint, we were fully satisfied! 😊

Another suggestion is the restaurant’s exterior/facade. Transforming the facade to a more inviting, ‘restaurant-like vibe’ could attract more customers. Perhaps a fresh color palette like red and yellow, along with an alfresco dining area, would make the place more eye-catching to passersby, whether on foot or in vehicles.

Overall, the customer service is excellent, and the food is truly worth trying!! Great job Scots...

Found this restaurant on Google and thought it would be good from the reviews, big disappointment, I ordered the double cheeseburger thinking the reviews and menu advertising it was going to be good The burger came out freezing cold and not looking as expected, 2 freezing cold burgers in a bun with minimal toppings ??? Very small portion of fries on the side, I could count on 1 finger! What makes the atmosphere here so uncomfortable is how the staff stand around and stare at you all the time, be attentive but don't loiter and stare ? Leaning against the walls in groups and chatting is terrible to observe in a restaurant

One staff member decided to interrogate my partner in tagalog while she was trying to finish her meal, very disrespectful!

My first visit and a sad case of never again. In the almost 2 hours of my stay I only had contact with the waitress for giving me the menu, taking my order, delivering my order after about 25 minutes, and bringing another beer. After that, she hid, disappeared, vanished, went home or died. For more than 1 hour nobody came to clear the table, to ask if I wanted to pay, or another drink or maybe a dessert. The dining area was unoccupied but me and that probably didn't warrant any foot marches. After waiting for 1 hour I went to the counter to pay my bill.
