Bob’s Restaurant: ~ Bob’s Buffalo Wings 350php : 7/10 small chicken, good for 1 person only (if hungry) , maybe you can share if you eat it with rice.

~ Siomai 95php : 8/10 namit, tastes good, i can taste extenders, but still okay.

~ Cheese Croissant 95php: my little one’s order, not sure if she really likes it🤔but she finished it

~Calamansi Juice: 10/10 highly recommended👍🏽 It comes with honey(not sure if twas pure, looks and tastes like its diluted with water or other form of liquid) you have the option to mix it or not.

Bob’s Cafe: ~ Vanilla Ice Cream 95php: too sweet for me. Good enough for her.

~ Hot Latte no sugar 140php: 5/10 coffee in it isnt strong; its more milky

Nice atmosphere, can accommodate small to large group Accepts credit card payment CR - see photos, didnt caca or wiwi , unsure if there’s tissue, soap or bidet Wash Area - sufficient water supply; no soap to wash hands Service Crews were okay, they’re ready to assist as you can see them anymore, full staff looking serious🧐 Female crews likes to smile though, the males doesn’t. I have been a loyal customer of Bob’s since my college days, always making it a point to dine there whenever I’m in the area. I appreciate the food and the pastries, which is why I keep coming back.

However, I had a disappointing experience yesterday that made me question your customer service. I stopped by to buy pastries before heading to Riverside to drop off my lab results. I was only going to be away for about 30 minutes to an hour, and I even informed the guard that I would be back for lunch around 11 AM. Despite this, both security guards insisted that my father and I leave the parking lot immediately, claiming it was their managements instruction.

What kind of service is this? Are you seriously expecting loyal customers like me to find another parking spot elsewhere, only to come back an hour later? It felt excessive that they were closely watching my father as he exited the restaurant, only to call him out right away.

Honestly, this experience left a bad impression. There are many other places I could choose to dine at, but I’ve always preferred Bob’s—until now. I hope you reconsider your policies and train your staff to handle these situations with more consideration for your long-time...

Aesthetically pleasing? Not really.

From the moment we walked in, we felt an odd atmosphere—almost as if we weren’t welcome.

The staff’s demeanor was a bit confusing. They seemed both unapproachable and approachable at the same time. However, there was 1 waiter who stood out for his excellent service, treating everyone fairly and making us feel comfortable—kudos to him!❤️❤️❤️ (Should give 2 stars but will make it 3 for the service because of him)

As for the dining experience, it was quite average, nothing particularly special or memorable. The food was decent, but nothing stood out for me—though, of course, taste is subjective. Since we haven’t tried their full menu, I can’t give a complete review.

What we ordered: • Adobo Squid – (Too sour for my liking, not sure why it had that level of acidity) • Palabok – (Surprisingly enjoyable) • Lemon Juice – (The best part of our meal!) • Baby Back Ribs – (Soft and tender, but lacked the flavor I was expecting) • Mais Con Yelo – (A bit bland for our taste; we had to add sugar to make it sweeter)

Overall, while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression.
