C's — Restaurant in Bacolod

If I could give this place a zero. The staff is inconsiderate. I would not want to recommend this place to anyone. I wanted to have their all day breakfast as I have already paid for a room in L'fisher Ecotel for an overnight stay. But since was room was still unavailable, i thought I would chill for some eats and coffee at this place (which I always visit by the way and I was not a new customer, mind you😂). But the staff at this place did not like my honesty when I said I hd no room yet and waiting for check in 2pm. I offered to show my receipt that I already paid for the room... But they said I could not get the breakfast meal and have to pay ala carte for it.

The issue here is not the money but the simple courtesy for a mutual customer and a patron of this place. Consider me an ex patron then... And thank you to the management of this place for showing me the reality that, its not about how aesthetic the place is... Its about the customer. This place is unworthy of your business, food aint that...

C Café at L'Fisher has some of the nicest most accommodating staff ever. This, above the fact that they also have some of the most reasonably priced, tasty and ample offerings like the smoked salmon with sour cream in a croissant-bagel hybrid or their savoury version of an Italian Sub both under P200. Not only do they have very filling portions of meal options, pastas and pizzas, but also a variety of pastries and breads and the widest selection of Arce pint-sized ice creams in Bacolod and various fountain treats from espresso to flavored frappés. I'd give 5 stars if they added a charcuterie and fromagerie section to rival that of Bob's Café, or heck, even 6 stars should Google allow it if they also become a...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. There were only a few customers when we went there, but we waited 30 minutes for our order which was just a danish bread that was already displayed, SPRITE, and iced coffee. If I didn't ask them about the order, they didn't follow through. one of the servers asked me what my order was when I asked what's taking so long, as though they didn't know there was a customer waiting, when at the time, only 2 tables were occupied. One of them was TEXTING, one was just lurking at the back. So unprofessional and the food is NOT AT...
