Absolutely Disastrous Experience – Never Again

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was going to be a mistake. We were greeted (if you can call it that) by a host who looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. No smile, no hello – just a grunt and a hand wave toward a sticky table that hadn’t been cleaned.

After sitting for nearly 20 minutes without so much as a glass of water, our server finally arrived with the enthusiasm of a brick. We ordered basic dishes – nothing complicated – and still waited over an hour. When the food finally came, it was laughably bad. My pasta was soggy, cold, and drowning in what I can only describe as canned sauce. My partner's steak was overcooked, dry, and weirdly sour. We didn’t risk dessert.

To make matters worse, the place was filthy – crumbs under the table, smudged glassware, and a bathroom that smelled like a gas station. The only thing worse than the food was the attitude of the staff, who seemed annoyed that we were even there.

Overpriced, underwhelming, and downright unpleasant. Save your money, your time, and your digestive system – go literally...

We ordered at 12:16AM and waited for about 40 minutes but the crew was more focused on talking than working. The funny thing is, when we asked to have our food packed for takeout instead of dining in, since we were running late for a meeting we requested the crew member to put our drinks in bottles. However she ignored us, left the glass, and just walked away leaving us waiting for the drinks to be bottled.

Despite having only a few customers, the staff was very rude, especially one of the crew members (though I don’t think her name was Stephanie). I don't recommend eating here, especially at night. The service is extremely slow, and instead of helping each other, the staff keeps arguing. Not recommended it's better to go through a drive-thru...

Worst Chowking that I've been to. I ordered chicken imperial plain rice ..then there is a choices if u would like to add on a chow fan.. decided to add on 40 pesos. Then my ordered arrived they said I upgraded my chicken imperial which is they did not clarify it that if I will going to add they will just upgraded my items... Add on and upgrade is different...

I won't go back again and won't recommend it .. Fixed your system...your system is very confusing...😡😡😡 And they did not return my 40pesos refund....seems something...
