Vikings Luxury Buffet, SM City Bacolod — Restaurant in Bacolod

We were here last night to celebrate Mother's Day with my family.

Food choices were limited compared with Vikings in Metro Manila BUT the price is reasonable for the buffet. It has the same buffet rate with Yakimix in Metro Manila but If I have to choose between the two, I would choose Vikings Bacolod.

They have different stations to indulge in (Carving, Mongolian, Italian, Grilled, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Cold , Sweets and more) I got more from Carving, Japanese and Sweets Stations. Spicy Crab from Chinese Station was of low quantity and you have to wait for them to refill it. Well it was worth the wait. It was great tasting! I hope they can serve shrimp or prawn in the future! Lechong Baboy's skins were gone within few minutes so grab this one earlier!

The management prepared tokens for the moms yesterday. My mom was so thankful for these specially the dedication letter which they asked me to send to them via text message. Good job on this!!!😊

Staff were so approachable and attentive of our needs. Everyone will smile at you while serving which is a big plus for me as a customer. Keep it up!

American Thanksgiving not to forget! One day before Thanksgiving we inquired Vikings if They celebrated The American Thanksgiving. They said Yes, but they did not have a turkey, however they had other meals such as a stuffed chicken etc etc. So on the day we had reservations for lunch and we arrived to find no items that had a Thanksgiving flavor. There was a misunderstanding over the phone of which meal that Vikings provided this Thanksgiving meal. Suppose to be for dinner. But Wait, Vikings decided to go all out of their way to prepare for us 3 piece meal exclusively for us that tasted fantastic. With the Meatloaf bacon-wrap with sprinkled cranberries, all that on top of mashed potatoes, and a decorated salmon with bell peppers and a sauce glazed sweetness on top. Wow! I felt at home. Not mention the Chicken Caccuatore something with Thanksgiving stuffing mixed in it. Wow. Thank you Vikings#Bacolod#chef and Team. Thank you...

Experience wise I had fun. Was my first time at Vikings just not with buffets EAYC settings. Food ok. Service especially the front desks ladies were all nice. Need to have more varieties like the seafood selections. When we came, a dinner time around 7PM, the selections availability we're no longer that much...no tempuras, no lechon bits, no soups. The chef from the roast dishes area and the hot drinks area was a bit off though. Othermore, still a kudos for a lovely service especially the waiters and the front desk people.
