We were here last night to celebrate Mother's Day with my family. Food choices were limited compared with Vikings in Metro Manila BUT the price is reasonable for the buffet. It has the same buffet rate with Yakimix in Metro Manila but If I have to choose between the two, I would choose Vikings Bacolod. They have different stations to indulge in (Carving, Mongolian, Italian, Grilled, Filipino, Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Cold , Sweets and more) I got more from Carving, Japanese and Sweets Stations. Spicy Crab from Chinese Station was of low quantity and you have to wait for them to refill it. Well it was worth the wait. It was great tasting! I hope they can serve shrimp or prawn in the future! Lechong Baboy's skins were gone within few minutes so grab this one earlier! The management prepared tokens for the moms yesterday. My mom was so thankful for these specially the dedication letter which they asked me to send to them via text message. Good job on this!!!😊 Staff were so approachable and attentive of our needs. Everyone will smile at you while serving which is a big plus for me as a customer. Keep it up! Reminder: PLEASE DO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS LIKE THIS. You can reserve online which is very convenient. Don't let your family join the Waiting Game outside the resto.

American Thanksgiving not to forget! One day before Thanksgiving we inquired Vikings if They celebrated The American Thanksgiving. They said Yes, but they did not have a turkey, however they had other meals such as a stuffed chicken etc etc. So on the day we had reservations for lunch and we arrived to find no items that had a Thanksgiving flavor. There was a misunderstanding over the phone of which meal that Vikings provided this Thanksgiving meal. Suppose to be for dinner. But Wait, Vikings decided to go all out of their way to prepare for us 3 piece meal exclusively for us that tasted fantastic. With the Meatloaf bacon-wrap with sprinkled cranberries, all that on top of mashed potatoes, and a decorated salmon with bell peppers and a sauce glazed sweetness on top. Wow! I felt at home. Not mention the Chicken Caccuatore something with Thanksgiving stuffing mixed in it. Wow. Thank you Vikings#Bacolod#chef and Team. Thank you Chef Antone!

#art&Antony I almost never write restaurant reviews, but we met waiters there who had to be recognized publicly. Antony and arts was Their namEs and They are phenomenal. They catered SO nice and doing their job with empathy...They was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about Them that made us all happy. By the end of our Lunch ..All of us said, "They are the best waiterS we've ever had in VIKING BACOLOD.. By the way, the food is pretty good and the menu is diverse. The restauraNT IS AMAZING😘😘 Thank you ART AND ANTONY for the wonderful service!

October 22 2022 I walked in and to see how Vikings Bacolod is different from other buffet experience I had with their other branches. To start they have less than 10 food stations I think and the cusines presented are just a few. Valenciana taste very very aweful and in fact Bacolod is known for this dish. The master chef doesn't look like local so maybe that's why lol. What I like is their lamb steaks, their carrot noodle soup and a few of grilled seafoods and the rest is just fine nothing extraordinary really. Since I didn't have the "umami" experience so I'm giving them 2/5.

Excellent! This is a luxury buffett restaurant in the "eat all you can" format. You can find local cuisine, Sushi, Asian, Italian, Chinese. Vegetarian and Vegan options. We had dinner there 3 consecutive evenings and we were so happy to find vegetarian meals. We ate veggie sushi, fresh vegetables, salads, and we loved the variety of food and pastry, ice creams,etc. Service staff, very nice, well trained persons and also they were happy doing their jobs. Quality of the food was very good and fresh. Ambiance very nicely presented. Cleanliness very good.

Large selection of food, drinks, and dessert. Some food is obviously better than others in terms of flavour and quality (ex. the carved beef was very good while the pastas were all a bit strange from a western perspective). The service was quite good and refills of food were generally fast. It was a nice place for a family lunch as we were allowed to stay seated for over two hours. The layout of the food is also quite aesthetic as an added bonus.
