hukad — Restaurant in Bacolod

This is the worst customer service I’ve experience so far. I’ll tell you what happened just a while ago when my friends and my family tried to dine in for a late lunch in Hukad SM Bacolod branch. When we first enter the resto, one of the staffs approach us by saying, “wala kami di CR miss.” which translates to, “we don’t have rest room here”. Which was very offensive and disrespectful. We tried to be calm and ask him if what’s their best seller menu, and instead of telling us the best menu they have, he told us, “ara sa menu chart.”, which was again super out of the line. This happened around 3pm. Just a piece of advise, please filter all your employees. I know that sometimes, we have worst or bad moments that can affect our mood as a person. But again, as a customer service, we can all agree that all customers needs proper service. I also don’t agree that the customer is always right but this time, this is clearly a NO NO for us. It`s been 3 years ago. it was the most worst experience we had. our order of tinolang native manok arrived so late almost half an hour later after the first menus were served which also came after 20 minutes of waiting. what we did was to just take it out. imagine it, the native chicken was half cooked maybe due to it was thawed for 15 minutes and it took 15 minutes more to cook it.imagine, tinola na half done. ano yon kinilaw? promised myself not to dine in there no matter how hungry I am when I come to pass again this cebuano foods restaurant inside SM City...

Their foods were delicious. Good for family bonding. I really like their kangkong dish and the kinilaw. The price is not so pricey. Their drinks, they used fresh fruits which I really like. We spent 6k for 11 people. Unli rice and 5 or more different dishes and 2 pitchers of cucumber pineapple and cucumber drinks. Just the staff I asked if they have cansi he said yes and he even listed pancit guisado when he took our orders and I said no pancit guisado and then later on while I was waiting for the cansi he said they don't serve it.
