Read moreI placed and paid for an order through the Jollibee app on June 6 at 7:39 PM, assigned to the Jollibee Gatuslao-Burgos Bacolod branch. As of June 8, 9:40 PM, the order has still not been delivered, and I have received no update, no refund, and no communication from the store or Jollibee’s customer care.
The app stayed stuck on “Looking for a rider” for over two full days. I made multiple calls to the Gatuslao-Burgos branch and hotline — the phones just rang endlessly with no answer. I even emailed with proof of payment, screenshots, and call logs — but I’ve been completely ignored.
What’s even more frustrating is that Jollibee is supposed to be a FAST FOOD chain, yet after 48+ hours, I still received nothing. I had to place another order via a different platform just to feed my household — including elderly family members who had been waiting to eat. This caused stress, extra expense, and real frustration.
This isn't just poor service — it's no service at all. No food. No refund. No accountability. No help.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
Still waiting for a refund, compensation, and a formal explanation. Honestly, no wonder this branch only has a 3.8 rating on Google. The experience speaks for itself.
Avoid the Jollibee Gatuslao-Burgos Bacolod branch if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Gintawagan ko na kamo pirme pero wala gid naga-sabat, puro lang nga nagaring ang phone. Ginsiling pa nga gina-escalate na, pero halin sadtong tion wala gid sang may nag-akto. Nagbilin na ko review, pero wala man lang ninyo ginsabat.
Ginbayaran ko ni, pero tubtob subong wala ko sang nabaton — indi ni insakto. Indi ni ang serbisyo nga ginahulat sang customer sa isa ka kilala nga fast food chain.
