Cholo's Gastro Park — Restaurant in Baguio

Went here with my partner yesterday and i just wanted to share our experience. The place was packed so we understood why they failed to attend to us quickly (getting our orders/ finding seats for us). But I was infuriated for 2 reasons: 1) when it took more than an hour for them to serve our food😭 (without letting us know na it will take that long). 2) one of the waiters was rude for no reason e.g. being passive aggressive. We were waiting for our orders nang 40 mins na and we decided to switch sa ibang used table since basa yung samin. There were used plates doon kaya I decided to clean it up nalang since they seemed busy. One of the waiters suddenly came to our table and cleaned up the rest while saying "wag po kayong nagmamadali, dadating rin order niyo". I wanted to share my experience at this restaurant. The food was quite disappointing, and the atmosphere wasn't very enjoyable either. I distinctly recall a situation where there was a visibly intoxicated individual, and the staff didn't seem to react at all. It made many of us, as customers uncomfortable. We even had to tell the staff to accompany the drunk man to another table because it made the children uncomfortable.

Furthermore, I found the staff to be inattentive. When we asked for water, they seemed to ignore our request and just walked past us.

As for the food, it was also quite subpar. The sisig overload was served cold and the portion was quite small. It was also very greasy and lacked good flavor.

December 26, 2022 - We were tourists and we haven't been in Baguio for over 3 years. It has a very small parking area. Their security guard told us to park at the sidewalk. We asked him if it is allowed and he said "YES!" Few hours after having some drinks with friends, we saw a Baguio City policeman removed our plate number and left us a ticket. We had to go to two police stations to pay for the violation and get the plate back. My friend talked to the manager of the resto bar, telling them that they should be accountable too, because we wouldn't have parked their any way if not for their guard's instructions.
