Poor customer service, bad food, unhygienic practice.

I ordered a belly buster which was supposed to include some onion rings. What they served was some french fries with some CRUMBLINGS of onion rings (see pic, lower right corner). Probably I could forgive that I was not informed about the replacement but to serve me with some crumblings of onion rings was unacceptable! Not only that they were an eyesore, but they were also a testament to unhygienic practices of this restaurant. The LGU and DOH have to inspect this restaurant for unsanitary methods.

Note also that it was the store manager who took my order and did not inform me about the replacement.

The lady waiter also needed some training. I called her attention, but she pretended not to see me. When she got nearer, she finally acknowledged me, but she asked me of what i needed from a distance of 3-5 meters. Did I have to shout at her to address her? Probably that’s what she wanted but she probably had forgotten that we were living in a civilized society. By the way, earlier, I asked a menu from her, but she failed to hand me one, until I asked another waiter to do...

Food limited options. The dishes we wanted were mostly unavailable so we ordered the same thing instead. The ribs and carbonara were both delectable though. The drinks were too sweet for us.

Service it was great but they did not repeat the orders. Apparently we ordered 3 juices when we only ordered 1.

Atmosphere Great lighting! It's welcoming but it's a bit cramped. Tables are too close...

Regardless of the good service I received, the food was a bit off for me. I didn't expect to be served a quesadilla with such little meat, you could even count the slices. 😬 The coffee I had was delicious, though I should have requested less sugar. The café was too loud, so if you're looking for a quiet place to be alone or focus on something, I wouldn't...
