Food: ✔️ Lesbian Crew: ❌️ (as of Nov. 7, 2024) - whoever you are, be more professional. The whole crew was welcoming except that lesbian crew just to be exact.

The food was great, but the service was disappointing. I ordered PM1, but they didn’t give me any chicken oil or sauce on the small plates that usually come with it. When I asked a crew member for it, they went to my friends’ small plates instead and poured the sauces there, even though they didn’t ask for a refill—only I did. When my friend tried to tell the crew member to put it on my plate, they cut her off mid-sentence, showing annoyance and saying, “Wait lang, ma’am, ha,” while continuing to pour sauce on my friends’ plates. My friends don’t even like chicken oil and sauce, so it was just wasted, and that same crew member ended up cleaning it off after we had eaten. The crew member’s attitude was frustrating, and if they had just listened, there wouldn’t have been so much excess. Made me wait for 25mins, for dine in. I was very excited Kasi I really wanna treat myself to mang inasal since it's been a while since I've had it. But when the food was finally prepared, I was very disappointed that it was not even freshly cooked. Wala jyud ka init-init. Dry pa jyud kaayo. So what was the sense of making me wait? Plus, my order comes with a drink. Pero ang drink Kay nay sebo ga lutaw-lutaw. Yucks kaayo. It wasn't anything else, halata ra kaayo nga sebo/mantika to nga naglutaw because the drink was cold. I know the job is very hard I'm not invalidating that. But at least make sure the utensils, cups, and plates are clean since it is being used for serving food.
