A week ago I think. The Staff are Polite. Kuya Guard is Polite and Helpful in assisting me get a table. I'm a Pwd and I can't stand long, I tire easily coz of my heart problem. Just today Jan 4, 2025. Not sure what is going on but they are not using the technology that they have here. The monitor is literally NOT being used to send status of your order. The queuing machine (The round one that buzzes if your order is ) is not also being utilized. We still need to followup?????? The cashiers are promising 10 minutes. This is the Jollibee I have known for three decades now, the first ever Jollibee I had visited. The branch where I keep on coming back. Jolly crew, consistent quality of food. Except last night. I ordered 3 pans of Jolly Spaghetti, the two were good, the other one had no cheese topping. The taste was still good though, because it was saucy.
