Starbucks at SM Calamba has become my little sanctuary—a comforting escape and reliable stress reliever whenever life gets a bit too loud. Whether it's the familiar aroma of freshly brewed coffee or the cozy vibe, this branch never fails to lift my mood.

The staff are consistently accommodating and friendly, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. They handle the steady flow of customers with grace, and it’s always nice to be greeted with a warm smile and efficient service.

That said, finding a seat can be a challenge. The space is quite limited, and with so many people working on their laptops or catching up with friends, it fills up quickly—especially during peak hours. The layout isn’t the most spacious, so it can feel a bit cramped at times.

Still, despite the tight seating and occasional wait, I keep coming back. There’s something about this place that feels familiar and comforting—like a warm hug in a cup. It’s not just coffee; it’s a moment of peace in the middle...

In my last year's review I just said "Great!" And I couldn't remember why I said it. 😅So today, I just realized that I didn't give the best review that I could.

I'm updating this review because the woman who took my order (her name is Chris) made me feel special.

I have been assisted before by others but the difference is that, others would ask "What's the name for the cup? But with Chris, after I gave my order she then said "Rancho, right?" and I'm like? Oh! She knew me? I mean... There are a lot of people who come and go to this store/branch and honestly if I'll be the one working here I wouldn't remember a single name/face 😝.

Oh well, I just want to share this to everyone to serve as a reminder to be kind...

Ordered a grande of triple mocha and paid for an extra shot of espresso but when i tasted it, the drink was somewhat lacking flavor, the frappe was too watery and like juice.
