Chowking — Restaurant in Caloocan

Food - Shanghai is not cooked well (still raw). Service - The counter said food will be ready in 15-20mins but I've waited for 35mins. Imagine being hungry for dinner but still have to wait for 35mins. The service crew wasn't even that approachable. There's something wrong with their process. That time, the branch wasn't even full in capacity but they're struggling to provide the food within the reasonable waiting time. There were more people waiting...
