Delivery and order experiences
Ordering for dine in just a couple of days ago, it was clearly indicated that we are for dine in, yet after waiting for 45 minutes, order was set for take out, and are already almost cold to the touch. Order was also incomplete, the staff just buzzed us to get the order without checking if the order is complete.
For take-out, the wait time is more than 30 minutes, which for a QSR (quick serve restaurant) is very long.
Delivery, I know that consigning the delivery to a different service is now common, but to my disappointment, they do not give verbal directions to the riders, which may have difficulty in reading the instructions from poorly printed instructions and even as they transit from the store to the area, they cannot read the instructions and keep an eye on the road at the same time, delivery guy also said they cannot open the online hub based from the instruction, where now a verbal instruction could be helpful on their end (hindi laging perfect ang online system, mas ok na magbigay pa din ng verbal instructions para maiwasan ang problema) in the end, it caused a domino effect, making payment a hassle that they do not have a change for the amount told them, and at the same time i have to pay using an e-wallet (of two different brands) causing a payment of more that what was originally charged.
I hope this review can be seen by their management for further...
Read moreJollibee, a popular fast food chain, has long been a staple for many Filipinos. However, my recent experience at the Caloocan branch left much to be desired. Let me share my observations:
Service Lapses: The staff seemed indifferent to customer convenience. Self-service was the norm, and the seating area was poorly maintained. It felt like we were still in the pandemic era, where minimal interaction was the rule.
Renovation Disappointment: Despite recent renovations, my expectations were not met. I hoped for improved service, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The same staff handled the counter, and customers were left to collect their own orders. Gone were the days when attentive staff would deliver meals to tables.
Aesthetic vs. Reality: The newly furnished building might look appealing from the outside, but the reality inside was disappointing. It’s as if the branch is stuck in the mud, unable to rise above its previous shortcomings.
Food Quality: The food itself was lackluster. The once delightful Chickenjoy seemed devoid of joy, and the Jolly Spaghetti was nothing more than soggy pasta drowned in tomato paste. A far cry from its former jolly, juicy, and crispy glory. In summary, I cannot recommend Jollibee Caloocan. If you’re seeking convenience and quality service, you might want to explore...
Read moreI ordered last night, Casey who was assigned at the counter told me to use the kiosk. So I followed suit yet I noticed one customer who was allowed to order on the counter right away. I asked what was the reason because there were no other customers other than me and the girl, two counters were open. If this case happened to people who can't read how would they treat them? They were not systematic even the manager cannot stand by their rules. I asked them if I can order on the counter without using the kiosk if there were no customers waiting. They were not able to answer my question. It was just answerable by yes or no. Was it because they saw me wearing a scrub suit and the...
