KFC — Restaurant in Caloocan

Arguably the worst KFC branch in the entire country. The interior always smelled off, like mildew with a hint of vomit. Chicken is always old and stiff in texture. Service is the worst.

I had my worst fast-food cashier experience in this very branch. Went in with my mates and ordered 4 flavor shots in an afternoon with no one else inside the restaurant. After ordering the wait took 15 minutes, and the cashier gave a mean response about us "not waiting" when we followed up. Upon receiving, cashier refused a request for more gravy, saying that we "already had gravy in your order" (in Tagalog) and when we asked for water, gave half-filled cups with lukewarm water. Topping it all off, the meat in our flavor shots order seemed a day-old, as the texture was off, like cardboard.

Now we know why no one eats in this branch. If you're a customer reading this, don't eat here. Hold out for the SM Grand Central...

This is the worst branch of KFC.. We've been dining here after our night shift work around 6am for like 4 times in different days.. The crew were all lazy..

They dont cook other meal rather than chicken on morning.. Just today there is no available gravy on refilling station so I ask the crew if I can have a bowl of gravy but the crew said it can only be refilled once you finish whats on your plate..

The tables are always full of used plates while all of the crew and manager was only sitting and minding their own breakfast.. Its like they dont clean it so customers dont dine-in there at that time so they can enjoy their own meal..

This will be the last time we will eat here.. Such a huge disappointment for the owner, manager and all of crew of...

This is the worst KFC branch I've encountered. I ordered today 19/15/22 at 8pm. Two cashier ladies were rude. They purposely delayed our meal, customers who were behind us had their foods before us. They gave us crumbs of chicken shots. When we asked for our order, we were told to wait for five minutes. Did they purposely delayed our food? And when we were called, the cashier on the left side threw the gravies on our tray. Is this really how you serve people? If your crew can't handle toxicity then make them quit. I lost my appetite because of her toxicity. Too bad I was not able to get her name. This is the worst KFC branch I've encountered. SM north KFC has more costumers yet their crew are the kindest. This is indeed the worst KFC...
