I had the pleasure of staying in Cebu for three months, and during that time, I frequently visited this sauna. It became one of my favorite places to relax and unwind. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always attentive, which made every visit enjoyable.

When I first tried their massage service, I was a bit disappointed with the experience. However, after I shared my feedback, the staff immediately took action and offered me a complimentary massage session. That gesture showed their dedication to customer satisfaction, and from that moment on, every massage I received was truly outstanding.

The facilities were always clean, the atmosphere was calming, and I could feel that the team really cared about providing the best service possible. I have personally mentioned this to the Ayoayo team how I felt so welcome in their place. Despite having their holidays, they have given me the chance to just stay there and have my "me" time. The room where I was staying reminded me of my room where I grew up and it help me heal for these past few days. Of course, like other growing places, their are just a tad adjustments that they are very willing to improve on to give their patrons the best experience while staying in their place. They have also a variety of Japanese food in w/c you can try on. Or if you just want to have a coffee or beer. Ordered egg rolls from the menu and received Japanese rolled egg. 2. Chairs were hard wood and close to the ground. Looked nice but not usable. 3. Waited 25 minutes on an expected egg roll (see number 1). 4. Told server to bring everything at once. 30 minutes later (after waiting 25 minutes on rolled egg). I asked where our food was.
