Serving sizes in different branches are not standard. Food choices although plenty, aren't always available.

Worse service and getting more worse, I think. They "reinvented" their service by adding a "park and order" (like a drive through). I parked, signaled with my headlights and horn, yet nobidy approached me for about almost 5 minutes. So I decided to park. When it was time for me to be served at the cashier, I gave it out, then also asked if their "park and order" service is still available. I have to ask the lady cashier at least 3 times, since the first two she will answer me things about my order (which i completely gave out at first. Simple order: one choice in the menu for 3 orders.) The lady is trying not to answer my question. But on the 3rd try, she finally have a sheepish reply that "they just didn't saw me". There you have it. But I am not surprised, their group of restos (i.e. burger, pizza, bbq, etc.) have a history of lesser than average service. P.s. I changed my orders' viand after this, and when I got the neatly sealed boxes, there's no way you can identify what's inside since they didn't ticked the boxes describing...

2nd worst chowking branch experience! 1st was at the north reclamation area near shell regional building.

Unattentive guard, was drowsy on duty. They prioritize food panda and grabfood more than walk-in customers. Had to wait 3mins to get our orders attended. Got our order wrong. Ordered chicken lauriat, was given chicken meal instead. They served it again, now they forgot the drinks. Asked for chili sauce, said there was none. Manager is helping with crew already. He failed his job doing so. You should have seen their comfort room! Will make you loose your appetite. Floor's dirty, doesnt help with appetite. Alnost forgot. They gave us three forks and one spoon for me and my partner. Enough for worst experience of the month?

This is so far the WORSE service i got from Chowking. Specifically this branch in M. Velez street. I ordered meals here twice on different nights for a takeout dinner and EACH FREAKING time, they ONLY give me coins or loose change. Like wth? 50 one peso coins?? My cash isn't even that big. Literally php150-200 bills for a Lauriat or Chef special combo meal. This always happen especially when i dress like a 'hobo' after my work from home set up (since the place is practically a 5min walk or less) and have my meals discounted with my PWD ID. Its really becoming a hassle and...
