I approached this cashier lady to order some coffee. I tried to tell her my order but she just said “wait for a moment sir” with an attitude, so i paused and waited, waiting for her to complete whatever she was doing. After a few seconds, her fellow barista told her to cater my order, so the cashier lady promptly asked me what my order was, so i said “a pour over Mt. Apo coffee please” then she blatantly said “No we don’t have pour over coffee sir” so I said “Ok so you only serve espresso based coffees then?” then she said “Sir espressos are so small like this amount” pointing her finger to a cup with a sarcastic tone clearly misunderstanding my statement, so I explained to her what I meant. After explaining to her briefly what I meant, she still insisted that what I wanted was espresso.

This Bo's Coffee shop is conveniently located right across Radisson Blu hotel. The ambiance is chill and the staff are very helpful. Among the coffee shops within SM City Cebu, this is the place I prefer to get my local hot chocolate..in a mug. Do buy local and support local business! Five ⭐️s! 👍🙌🎉

I am not usually writing Google review but today I really wanna write something. I need to work for a while before I go to airport, so I chose this coffee shop which is closest to the bus terminal. I had a very bad experience here, can't believe a coffee shop doesn't has wifi, ok, I tried to use my own hotspot, but there is no internet of my phone in that shop at all even I am using a local sim… A young male staff tried to help me with his owe hotspot, and a female staff stop him to help me immediately. One star give to the young guy who tried to help me but it didn't work. Also I spent 165 peso to buy a fruit drink and it tastes same as the bottle ice tea I bought in 7-11 with 20 peso yesterday… It is my worst experience in Cebu, and I will never come back to this...
