I wondered why the Burger King is empty inside, no customers inside, now I know... I had the King Burger quarter pounder it's one of the expensive Burgers. The Burger looked really ugly, the taste was also not good, they put nearly only ketchup as sauce, very weak. The patty had no taste. The onion rings I had was also not very good, I dipped in ketchup to eat it. There are really less standard selections like USA or Europe and the quality is also not the same. I speak really very slow and easy simple English with not complicated words and the staff had problems to understand me. Its my first time that some staff didn't understood me in Cebu City.

The food is fine, mostly fried. It’s spacious, clean and not crowded. It’s perfectly suitable to diners who do not like overly crowded restaurants where they have to queue and wait for a long time for their food. Prices are comparable to other fast food restaurants, too. However, there was an incident that the cashier forgot to give me my change. And nobody from the restaurant reminded me of that. When I released it, I had to go back and spent 15 minutes (which is already time consuming for workers). What’s worst, when I told the cashier about it, she just laughed at me like she was talking to a stupid child — I find it very rude. I wasted 15 minutes of my time going back because of her carelessness. The least thing she could have done was to apologize for the inconvenience but nope! She just enjoyed mocking the whole thing. October 19, 2016 around 8pm we went to Burger King F Cabahug branch drive thru and ordered 2 whooper jr meals and chiclen meals. we ate the burgers while on our way home and brought the chicken meal for our son's dinner. to our disappointment, the rice given to us is "tutong" and over cooked chicken. i never expect that my favorite burger station will sell this quality of food. we wonder if it was deliverate since it is take out. nevertheless i appeal to the management to have this investigated as this will reflect the image and reputation of your company. for this transaction your performance is very poor. i wish i could post the picture of food for your reference. the food is disposed and wasted due to...
