Cafe Capriccio — Restaurant in Cebu City

Surely the place is good, the servers are good...but we have a very bad experience last night (Dec. 21) on our Xmas party. Our night was supposedly a 'happy' one but we ended up arguing with their representative for just a simple extension of our time (there was prior understanding/agreement that we are sure to extend our time beyond the coverage of our contract) that we are at anytime ready to pay plus the 'corkage' of the drinks that we brought inside since they were not able to supply us enough drinks - they run out of beer. Nevertheless, we informed and asked permission from one of the reps that we are to bring in some of our drinks which we have in our cars. Suddenly miscom ensued we had a very disappointing argumentation with their head rep, w/c we cannot really understand her point of reasoning. Anyhow, the place is still ideal for small party celeb, location is great. Suggest that before entering into an agreement as to using their venue/facility, you really need to sit down and talk with them to fully present your plans and programs to avoid encountering minor to major glitch and that your celebration will probably be a happy one! Am posting my review so that this will help furthering a better service that CC is espousing.
