I've heard so much about Cafe Marco's buffet offering that it has built up so much hype and standard in my foodie head. After so many years, I had an excuse to try it.

With that said, you can clearly see and feel the dated look and feel of the space which none of the newer properties have. You can feel the multitude of memories that were made here and this years of "experience" in the hospitality industry shows through the service of the waitstaff. Quality may not be world class but note that this is among the best you will ever get in Cebu Island. Consider enjoying the wide variety of food available instead and be open to discovering the Cebuano style of preparing classic dishes. Dishes change regularly but during my recent visit the Grilled Salmon Belly and the Mini Chorizo Vol-au-vent were the standouts. Remember to leave room for dessert. Baked 🧀 cheesecake and the mango crepe...
