I am extremely disappointed with the appalling service we experienced at Marco Polo Restaurant. I dined there with my mother, a Filipina senior citizen, and despite presenting her valid senior citizen ID, the staff, along with their manager, outright refused to honor the senior citizen discount.

We waited an unacceptable 30 minutes for the manager to address the situation, yet she failed to resolve the issue, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect for their customers.

This is not just poor service—it’s a blatant disregard for the law and the rights of senior citizens. Shame on this establishment for their incompetence and disrespect. I will never return to this place, and I strongly discourage anyone else from dining there. It’s an...
