The place was the main reason all of my friends decided to go there for our critique output. We truly expected a lot of this place. From its foods, drinks and services.

The moment we stepped into the cafe, we were really in awe. The place was wide and I love its chilly vibes. I was wondering why there was no music at that time but it didn't matter that much.

The cashier staff was nice, friendly and approachable. Despite having really hot weather, the smile on the staff's face didn't fade. One of the staff even took a picture of us on their lovely and comfy sofa. The service was fast, no complains to it. However, not all of the staff gave welcoming looks. Most of them gave us bad looks. Their staff kept on looking at us as if we weren't supposed to be there which truly made us feel uncomfortable.

The drinks were not that great, but I love the Peach Fuzz because of its refreshing taste. Other drinks tasted like they made it out of anger and bitterness. The food was also not what we expected. We felt unfairness as we were receiving our orders. The other customers DID receive a mozzarella cheese while we weren't.

I just hope they will treat their customers fairly next time. It's not as if we just went there to stand by. It was our first time and it will also be our last time. I don't think we will ever want to come...

Our experience at Zero-X Coffee has always been consistently good. Their coffee hits the spot, but honestly, their food? Even better. The Chorizo Bungkag paired with a hot Americano has become a breakfast staple — simple, satisfying, and full of flavor.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile and even remind you to earn or redeem your points, which is a nice touch. The place has free WiFi, plenty of sockets, and a calm vibe — making it a great spot to get work done. Sure, it gets busy during peak hours, but it never gets too loud like most cafés. You can still focus or have a decent conversation.

Also worth noting: the ambiance is cozy, and their comfort room is clean — which says a lot about how they maintain the space.

Zero-X is definitely a spot I keep coming back to — for the coffee, the food, and the overall...

I am always fascinated with aesthetically looking shops but gets disappointed with their food or coffee. But here at Zero-X Cafe, their food is the bomb! I have yet to try any of their coffee because I got distracted by their Iced Shaken choco drink I saw from other tables so I ordered that instead of coffee and boy it was great. Their food is alao yummy so I know their coffee is good too. I have a reason to come back so I will update yall.

Overall, it’s an almost perfect experience. The lighting at sunset is the most perfect filter you can ever get. We has pizza, pasta, potato chips, matcha latte and choco drink and our bill was 1200++. I’d pay anything for good food so I don’t mind that this is on the mid-pricey side. Go...

I’ve finally found a place with aesthetics, great atmosphere, and superb matcha. Visited on the day of the opening, and the store was bustling with people. Despite the circumstances, the staffs accommodated our requests with a smile. Nothing in this cafe is mediocre at all. The interior, menu, and the service are off the charts. It’s not everyday that you encounter a well balanced matcha latte, much more a modern Japandi ambiance. Although there still are areas to be improved. The lemon garlic shrimp pasta was slightly undercooked and stiff, but overall delicious. There are more good than I can take note of, that I just can’t wait for my next visit.
