Hotel Asia — Hotel in Cebu City

Stayed in this place for a 3-day work event. Shared a 2-bed room with a colleague and we were aghast at how everything in the room was small! Our beds were so thin that we almost always fall from it. The cabinet was also very small that only the things of my roommate can fit in it. The TV was not placed very strategically, if i want to watch TV, i had to ask my roommate to lay down as she will block the view to the TV. No provision for drinking water in the room or anywhere near the room. When we requested for a pitcher of water, hotel staff argued that they are not allowed to provide drinking water!!! I had to really argue and threaten the staff that i will post very bad review of their hotel before he even agreed to give us water!!! Imagine that!!! The hallways were also very narrow giving a suffocating feeling. Not strong water service in the bathroom too. The only plus thing about this place is its location. Well, and most of their staff are nice. Oh and their japanese bidet....

When I arrived, the Guard insisted that I park in their very small parking garage. I did not want to park there as the cars are all jammed too close together and I noticed that I would be blocking multiple other cars. I stayed at hotel Asia for 14 days by myself, they have hotel service car with a very good driver who pick me at the airport to the hotel.. the attendants are very polite, the safety is secured, the restaurant is 24 hrs ad they have excellent food. the place is very accessible to mall, hospital, coffee shop, dirty market, and police station.
