My visit to Drip and Draft was such a pleasant surprise! The coffee alone is enough reason to keep coming back the cold brew is smooth, rich, and full of flavor, while their hot brews have that perfect balance that makes every sip satisfying. On top of that, the food really exceeded my expectations. From light bites to filling meals, everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their drinks. The ambiance of the place makes it easy to stay longer than you planned it’s cozy, stylish, and welcoming whether you’re there to relax, work, or hang out with friends. The staff are attentive and genuinely friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Came all the way up here on a weeknight to finally check out their beers. They offer a few local craft beers, at marked up prices. You'd be better off going to Turning Wheels directly and buying your beer, as you'll save some money, and the ambience is more relaxed. Everyone else in the cafe was a high schooler, and they seemed to have been there for hours, Facebooking and yelling intermittently. The music was also very loud, so that I couldn't chat with my colleague. Fortunately, the cashier was able to lower the volume a bit. A place for the coffee enthusiast as they have different selections of beans. Also serves alcohol: craft beer or cocktails. I like their regular drip and nitrobrew. Wifi at 3 hrs per ticket, intermittent at times depending on the current crowd. Space has tables wide enough for work and there are a number of outlets (big plus). Playlist could be better (at the time, all bossa nova renditions). Food here is a bit pricey than most cafés. A giant cookie goes for 145php, cheapest sandwich at 175php.
