When I entered the establishment, I was greeted with some Spanish decorations and furthermore a Spanish menu it was mostly Spanish, but I was able to understand what most meant but some where quite confusing so I had to ask for some more information regarding the dish the staff were polite and quick. You can tell how well trained they are, for example. Whenever our glass of water was empty or close to empty, they would hurriedly refill it, and when we ask, for example, tooth picks, they were quick on their feet. Now for the food, the portion size was good it was plentiful, especially their paella it was able to feed 3-4 people not only that but their lamb and fish were good but for the lamb I believe that the mashpotato was a bit too empowering to the lamb. Their beef was also so tender that it would just melt in your mouth and separate from the bone with just a touch. The dish they offer is quite on the expensive side, but it is worth it in my opinion for an amazingly portion meal and amazing quality to boot. I am not easy on restaurants... I am spring loaded to find problems... as my past reviews show.. I rarely give 5 stars... but this place deserves all. The service... was awesome... 1 Beer 1 coke.... DONE in about 2 minutes... unlike the usual where it takes 10 minutes and me raising my voice just to get a menu... convo with waiter was pleasant and helpful. The tapas must have been directly instantly sent from Europe as they tasted authentic and the time from order to our table was WAAAYYYY faster than anything I’ve seen here in Cebu. Lamb shank tasted exactly as it was supposed to. When we hand dirty napkins and plates, they were taken away.... maybe not as quickly as a western place.. but 10x faster than anything in Cebu.
