In the beginning , when we just seated . The guy is kinda rude. We seated for already more than a few minutes and still nobody came to take our orders. So I asked the guy who will take our order since we’ve been sitting for awhile . Finally someone came and took our order and we were 6 pax . Then we waited again and I asked the guy again where is our drink since we’ve been sitting for a long time . All food ordered came except my order which is Fish. Everyone in the group almost finished eating and my fish has not arrived . I told them to cancel my order for it took forever. And the servers and the guys started to give us an attitude. We asked for a To Go box but the one woman server took the food and start putting the food rudely in the container. My Pineapple juice ordered taste like water. Food served was cold and so salty that you need a jug of water after consuming it. The servers are rude. Asked for a manager , no manager on duty to resolve the issues of how we were being rudely treated . Never again to come to this restaurant whenever we are visiting here again . It’s a shame that we have invited guest from another country to show off Cebu Hospitality but it ain’t this kind of service we deserve because we are customers and we don’t eat for free . We...
Read moreMe and the honey spent our 5 monthsary there tonight. Ordered ₽1,600 worth of food: scallops, fried chicken, calamari and the fruit. It was good! That is until I went to eat the fried chicken. It wasn’t cooked all the way and was leaking blood. Their solution? Fry it even more and serve it back to me very dark brown. The entire atmosphere changed when we sent the chicken back. Normally you’d get new chicken and toss the ones that are still clucking in the front yard. Anyways. While eating, honey noticed the staff kept watching and staring while we ate. I’m still not sure if it’s because we are an American/Filipina couple or because we sent food back. Either way, it was unnecessary and insulting. It’s very rude to watch and stare at ppl eating food in a restaurant. No matter what country you’re in. Lastly, it took about 5-7 good long minutes before we were served our silverware, plates and 2 bottled water. That should be immediately served to the guests always. I hope the staff can learn from this experience and be better for the next couple that decides to dine in. I’m more patient and kind than she is… that’s why we didn’t...
Read moreWhere to start... Reading the reviews we expected so much, while ordering we were told that most of what we wanted was not available, this is not really an issue, after all fresh catch comes and goes, this is expected for fresh seafood... We asked for two knives and were given two sets of chopsticks. Well since this is Christmas we accepted the chopsticks but this came as a foreboding warning. The appetizers arrived after 30 minutes. An hour after ordering we received our main dishes. The grouper was served first, the rice followed after 35 minutes. The beef Salpicao was cold, most likely forgotten somewhere. The squid arrived last. Upon receiving the bill we were charged for a dish that was never served. Was the cook at fault? We think not, the food was merely forgotten due to the numerous orders and lack of coordination from the table crew. Was the food good? Yes. Will it be an experience to renew? No. The food was good but not amazing, it was the same as we get elsewhere, no extra twist that would make it an unforgettable...
