Poooooor i give poor Customer Service. It was my first time to drop by and dine, unfortunately when i park my motorcycle the guard yielded at me, dont park there (pointing to other direction) so i park in the direction he pointed, as i sais earlier my first time to drop by. Again guard begun to raised voice telling me not there... He pointed to where motorcycles were parked. I told him, this is a parking lot, any vehicle can park. What we ate is the same it differs to the amount we paid. Even i have my motorcycle doest mean i am poor, i still can pay how much the cost.
Fastforward: I fall in line at the ordering window, managed to wait because i was craving that time to eat the chicken. When i order the lady asked me Sir do you have Vaccination card? Yeah wait i have to get it. Two card i brough my wife's and mine, my is completely vaccinated and me just my first dose, sadly it should be completed already, but we were hit by typhoon Odette (rai) so it ia rescheduled. The lady told me, you cannot dine in sir because we allow only those fully vaccinated. Shocked!!! I talk to the manager but he also insisted Only Fully Vaccinated can dine in, as per LGU of cebu city... Disappointed!!! But as far as i know we can dine even not...
Read moreWorst Jollibee Experience ever... Waited for my order for 30 minutes, even if the store is not busy. Crew doesn't give proper response on follow-up. I asked for a followup, he goes to check my order then continues to chill on some corner near me with elbow resting on the counter facing his back on me, didn't even update me. Then I got his attention to ask for the update... He said it is already in assembly, so I said ok. Another 10 minutes passes and the order still has not come yet. My girlfriend goes to follow-up the order again, she asks 1 crew, the crew did not comeback to her for a response, she then asked another crew, she was not entertained, and proceeded to talk with other crews. So she tries to ask another crew for the 3rd time, that crew went to the food checkout area, then my girlfriend asks for an update when he got back, and he said it is on assembly now ("AGAIN", this was the same crew that told me the same thing 10 minutes earlier.)... That is SOOOOOOO LOOOOOOONG time for 2 orders of chicken with burgersteak and the food is already cold when finally served. VERY DISAPPOINTED! PLEASE...
Read moreIn full disclosure, if you has a spouse from the Philippines, eating here is something one has to endure. The employees seem like they despise the customers, the food is what should be expected at a typical fast food place, however, the wait times are more often than not, longer than what should be expected. My biggest issue is that at each Jollibee I've eaten at, at least 6 different locations, when ordering a meal with drink, every single time- they are out of stock on soft drinks, and your only option is an extremely sweet "tea" or water. This to me is either intentional in order to cut costs, or a flaw in the way restocking is managed. I have not encountered this particular issue at any of the other fast food establishments we've eaten at, but this is fairly consistent at any Jollibee location...
