Don't understand why a burger place would accept grab orders and then not wrap the burgers in foil and just send them out in a cardboard box when even a short journey means the burgers will not be still hot on arrival. Is aluminium foil really so expensive that they are ok that their burgers arrive cold to their customers?

Also ordered my burger without onions because I passionately hate onions. Of course when it arrived it had onions on it. Had I been in the venue I would have sent it back.

Since the pandemic, this place gone worse. They got no mayonnaise (most of the time eating here) and they didn't even bother to tell you beforehand. The patty much worse, they easily break (the patty got bad quality?) or they cooked it pretty much burnt. They had a bad consistency the way they cook their patty. This place is my OTG burger cause they offer burger without cheese (had trouble with it) that's why i like eating here.
