McDonald's — Restaurant in Cebu City

First time I ate here, it was a take-out order, however, when I check the contents, there were missing orders, and I touched the container whether the food and coffee is hot, but to my disappointment, both my rice is cold and the coffee is just not giving.

On my second experience, we dined-in the restaurant. The service was okay, but the atmosphere is kinda sketchy, there were unattended tables that needed to be cleaned, and there are some outside children who just comes in and asks for money or food. Our worst experience is with the food, my friend ordered one spaghetti and the pasta was cold, it looked like it was an old stock and was just heated up. Very bad! I gave them a chance with my first experience, but, with my second one, it was all it took to write this review....

Highlight for me was it was not that crowded during lunchtime Sunday, was expecting lot of people coming after church. Parking was not full. But this could be smthing good or a bad sign(just see for urself with other reviews). As for my own, it was beneficial for me. The food though, chicken was very small, their tray/plates is struggle to eat. Tables were not that clean, you have to clean it well yourself. The mcfloat, arrived with literal floating or super melted ice cream. Food and service in general as far as most Mcdos, this is really common. Sadly. The place is ok, nice and clean. My gripe is that I ordered a second iced coffee with a BigMac meal. The order took a long time to come out and was cold. The reason it was cold was because they had run out of ice for my iced coffee and didn't know how to handle it. They expected me stand at the counter while they worked out how to give me a refund. The handling by the shift was poor and she sent her junior to give me the refund. Bad management style. I checked on the touch screen afterwards and would have still been able to order an iced coffee that they couldn't deliver. Poor management,...
