Seoul Unlimited Samgyupsal — Restaurant in Cebu City

Had lunch today on a busy Sinulog day. I have nothing but high praises to this resto. My family and i were craving for korean food; despite knowing its possibly going to be a bit smoky and noisy which is not ideal for our 8month old sleeping baby we still tried. The resto is far better ventilated from other samgyup places, service staff were efficient and composed despite the holiday and lunch rush. Even if its well ventilated, because it was a very sunny 12nn weather it still feel stuffy; expecting this in advance we made no fuss about it; but to our surprise the owner himself (i think?!, the very polite and hospitable korean guy) instructed his staff to get a fan and he personally placed the fan facing my sleeping baby and i. It was really a heart warming gesture, it is beyond customers expectation. I am from the f&b industry and to experience such extra mile is so much appreciated. Another plus of course is the very satisfactory food and just right to its price. I noticed as well owner himself and the staff always ends the conversation with a thank you, either it was about taking order, follow up order or additional order. Super highly recommended.

my first seoul experience was NOT great. and altho it was in a diff branch, i got rly bias and associated negative comments w the place.

however!! as i visited for a 2nd time (this time), i found that they have improved so much in terms of food, ambience, etc. and it could be that the 1st branch i visited was a bad one, but it just goes to show that all branches must equally provide the same good quality for the customers in order to have a consistent experience ⭐️
