Persian Kitchen — Restaurant in Cebu City

They are very cheap people (Feb. 2024). I even insisted to pay for it, but still they did not give me extra tomato with my food - it seems a joke, but it is true. What kind of business is this? I also asked for extra somagh and told her that I pay extra $ for it, they did not give me. Their food prices is similar to the USA prices, but their portion is about one third to one fourth - so small, that even a 5 years old kid will not be full. By the way, this is not a restaurant, it suppose to be a take out place, located in a very dirty neighborhood.
