I would absolutely give this place a zero-star rating if I could. Although my companions and I had visited this location a month prior, I opted to warn others by leaving a review only now.
In short, the service was appalling. The employees didn't seem to care about the demands of the customers. It seemed like a while before someone would even recognize our existence, much less accept our order. And when they did, it was with such indifference that we found ourselves wondering why we had come here at all.
We ordered the coffee, ice cream, and service water, which was a horrible error.
That decision would haunt me for days to come.
Within hours of leaving the restaurant, I started to feel unwell. What followed can only be described as a living nightmare. I was struck with intense stomach cramps, relentless nausea, and bouts of vomiting that seemed endless. And let's not forget the constant trips to the bathroom, where I spent the majority of my time doubled over in agony.
For the next 10 days, I was confined to my bed, unable to keep anything down, let alone function like a normal human being. It wasn't until I sought medical attention that I discovered I had contracted food poisoning from the atrocious excuse for a meal I had

The Restaurant has moved to a new location just a few meters away from the old one but in the same building.
Me and my wife were regulars in their old location. Food offered in the new restaurant is a far cry from what the old menu offered, the old menu and chefs offered authentic italian dishes and their pastas were arguably the best in Cebu.
The new menu offers limited choices. The Carbonara in particular was served with the pasta a bit overdone and with Cream (depending on what you like, italian carbonara does not have cream) It makes us think if the new Pizzeria Michelangelo is basically a "La Vie Parisienne" rebranded
Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They gave us complimentary bread and gave suggestions on what to order. The resturant has ample seating and has nice interior decor and fixtures. Still worth a try, but if you were a fan of their previous offerings you will be a bit...

The calamari fritti was golden and crunchy, though a few pieces were slightly overcooked. The dipping sauce complemented it well, giving a tangy contrast to the fried batter.
The pasta was the star — perfectly al dente, well-seasoned, and coated evenly with sauce. You could tell it was freshly made and not something pre-cooked.
As for the service, it was attentive but relaxed. The staff checked in without hovering, served everything on time, and handled requests with a smile.
Overall, the food felt thoughtfully prepared, and the vibe made it worth coming back. I’d rate it 4.5/5 — great comfort food with room for a touch more consistency...
