I went here looking for quality coffee beans. I met Justin who runs the place and we had a fantastic conversation about all things speciality coffee, and particularly about coffee in Cebu and the Philippines in general. I was looking to try and buy some beans grown in the Philippines. Justin prepared me some coffee and told me that although he didn’t have any beans from the Philippines ready to sell, he would roast them especially for me - even to the profile I like best. They also have a well presented brewing station where you could request for them to brew a cup for the coffee beans you desire. May it be through Pour Over method or through Aeropress for a bolder taste. There is a large variety of beans to choose from like Columbia Supremo, Brazil Bourbon Santos, El Salvador, Hambella, Kenya and many more.
