We were seated pretty quickly and did not have to wait so long, even though it looked like there were a lot of people already.
This (refer to photo) is what greeted us when we sat on our table. It was unsanitary to look at and not something you want to see before you ate.
We ordered the unlimited pork set which had the following sides off the top of my head: a small portion of tawgi, some cut up lettuce dipped in (vinaigrette?), steamed eggs, kimchi, miso soup, tteok-bokki, and something that tasted like carenderia menudo.
Kimchi and pork were good, the rest was not impressive. The pork set came with chadolbagi and one thick cut, which I do not recommend. You can inform them not to serve it and just serve chadolbagi.
The staff did not greet us, but the rest of the service was good. They were accomodating and spoke clearly. Maybe they were just busy when we came in or we didn't look rich enough to deserve a proper greeting, idk.

The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful. They also use charcoal, which makes the meat taste much better and the grilling experience really authentic. The portions are generous especially the pork belly, which I don't find in any other Korean restaurants in town. For the price, you already get unlimited servings of both pork and beef cuts. Read moreI visited your establishment today, and although the closing time of the mall is 10 PM, I was disappointed to see that customers were being turned away as early as 8:10 PM. Despite the presence of many empty tables, the staff informed us that service had already stopped. When we asked for clarification, the only response we received was a vague “no” and a shake of the head.
This experience was quite disheartening and reflects poorly on customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and service standards...
