1 STAR mainly for the staff and the service.

We came in before 7:30 p.m. The place is nice, and our experience with the place all started well. We enjoyed the chips / appetizer served.

Generally, all the dishes served were not appetizing and bland, but considering they serve “healthy” dishes, we really didn’t mind at first.

Also, we just had to return the beef curry and have it replaced with chicken curry since the beef was rubbery and hard to eat, and we’re glad they did replace it.

The bad experience all started when we ordered our main dishes. The waitress was a bit rude, and we felt that she was in a hurry. We had to ask her to repeat our orders since she didn’t take note of them and just quickly left.

And at almost 8 p.m., right as soon as we received the main dishes we ordered, all the staff were already preparing to close the store, sweeping and mopping the floor. Not just a part of the store but the entire store other than the place we were seated since most customers had left already and the place wasn’t packed. It was really off and we felt uncomfortable.

Right before 8:20 p.m., while we’re in the middle of our dinner and also waiting for our replacement dish (chicken curry), the waiter gave us our bill. We informed the waiter that we will settle later since we’re still waiting for the replacement dish and we’re still trying to enjoy our dinner.

After a couple of minutes, we received the replacement dish, and right then and there, we were pressured again about the bill. The waiter is really rude, and we really felt that they really wanted us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible.

Posting photos below of their place ready to close, shot at 8:25 p.m. and right after us being pressured to settle the bill immediately. Included photos of their food for reference.

The experience with this place is really disappointing, and paying P1700+ for 3 adults, including serving charge, is really...

We ordered combo meals from a separate menu. I pointed to the picture of my order and the waiter confirm my order to be A and C. I didn't know the letters of my order. I just pointed to the pictures.

We waited for more than 20 mins. We were prepared for that since it's the usual. But when our order came, they served the wrong product. "dili man ni mao." and the waiter answered "aw A and C inyong order?" I think he remembered since he confirmed my order a while ago. So he got the plate and went off.

My husband ate his food while I was patiently waiting. Until my husband finish his food already and all other tables were served with their food already even those who came in later than us. We followed-up and they said they already made follow-up from the kitchen. After a few more minutes I told the waiter, "pa take out na lng". I'd be late na sa lunch break. And a few more minutes after my food is still not served. So we got up from our table paid the 260 for 1 combo meal my husband ate...

I've only tried their food in Bohol so this food rating isn't for that. This is just for their ice cream that's dairy free, and the cones are gluten-free and crunchy. Their ice cream is really creamy! Some of their flavors do taste like the real thing, the others seem to not taste any different from one another, just a different color. (or maybe if you've been having 4 cones already then that's the effect. 😅) My family and I frequently just go here on a whim and our usual flavors are salted caramel, durian, mango, chocolate, and peanut. Coconut and dragon fruit are alright... And I think the avocado, too. Malunggay seems to be a favorite but I can't seem to tell the difference in flavor between that and avocado. I also don't know what makes charcoal taste different... Maybe you just have it for the benefits than for the flavor. 😊 Overall, I would still get out of my way to drive here on a whim...

The Buzzz Cafe offers a unique and delightful experience, particularly with their Durian and Melon flavored ice creams. The Durian ice cream captures the fruit's distinct, rich flavor, making it a treat for adventurous taste buds. In contrast, the Melon ice cream is refreshing and subtly sweet, providing a pleasant balance. Both flavors are creamy and well-crafted, showcasing the cafe's commitment to quality. Although we were supposed to dine in, we were placed at number three on the waiting list. Despite the wait, we just went back for snacks. The inviting ambiance and attentive service made it worth the visit. It's a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts seeking something different and delicious. Definitely we'll be back for their combo meals and probably their Halo-halo.
