Achile Resto Bar — Restaurant in Cebu

Lots of flies when I visited. Ordered mango shake. A fly got into my shake. I only drank barely 1/3 of the shake. Called the attention of the staff. They did not replace my shake and I was still required to pay full price. I would suggest you find another more sanitary place to dine in because this place isn’t it.

I was only expecting at least a replacement for my shake, if not, a reduction to the price since I barely drank it. Neither of those options was granted to me (I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND). My tour guide (who was dining with me) asked for a candle to deter the flies. We were informed that the candles were only available during the evenings. Hence, our request was not heeded. What a wonderful find! This was by far my favorite restaurant after a week in Moalboal. It was consistently quick, delicious, and very reasonably priced. The place is clean and the kitchen was organized and efficient. The atmosphere and view is great. The staff was always friendly and quick. Getting used to having to ask for the bill in PI did take me a minute. It is definitely a must try for your stay.

Great food! Amazing service! Owner was French and overly friendly, always greeting us every time he passed and continously asking us how our food and service was. Staff were also extremely helpful and kind. Atmosphere was nice with Spanish music and a night club view. A little tough to find a table but after a couple of arrangements including separating two tables of four into two tables of two and adding a third chair to compensate me and my family and it worked perfectly well.
