5/5 🌟!!!
Our experience here was incredible and made the perfect end to our Moalboal trip!
The staff member (a friendly guy with glasses in his 30s or 40s) gave us a buy-one-take-one coupon since it was already the happy hour. We ordered rum with pineapple juice and a lycheejito (if I'm not mistaken). We were so glad to be there at that time of the day and availed the happy hour deal.
I also wanted to highlight how respectful the staff was. The same gentleman with glasses initially led us to a table, but I asked if we could sit near the bar instead (you’ll see in the video where). He immediately respected our choice and took our order right there, which I appreciated. I noticed he usually guides customers to certain tables, so I thought he might insist, but he was totally accommodating and respectful, making our time there even more enjoyable.
He was also VERY ENTERTAINING! He was dancing and vibing along with the music, creating such a fun atmosphere. My boyfriend and I were enjoying ourselves at the table looking at them, but I honestly wanted to join the dancing! Next time, I’ll bring friends so we can all dance along with kuya glasses.
It was truly a fantastic night! In one of our videos, you can see him dancing—he had his own moves, which really lifted the mood of the bar to another level. The staff here are so kind and laid-back; it’s a level of customer service that stands out. At one point, a glass accidentally broke at a nearby table, and instead of reacting with frustration, the staff reassured everyone with smiles, saying, “It’s okay, don’t worry—we’ll take care of it.” Their calmness and warmth made us feel completely at ease.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. The ambiance, the staff, and especially the kuya with glasses, make this a must-visit place. It’s a fun, welcoming experience that will leave a lasting impression on your time in Moalboal. This is how customer service should be—friendly, relaxed, and truly enjoyable. If I could rate it 10/10, I would!

Read moreRacist staff and cook. Don’t come here if you’re a filipino.
We went there to get breakfast. While trying to talk to the waitress to order, she basically ignored me while rushing to another group of people who weren’t Filipinos while saying to her co-worker, “kuana ning mga pinoy oh, kay naay mga koreano”. The audacity of this pinay waitress to look down on her own fellow filipinos. We felt like weren’t paying customers.
We played some pool while waiting which was the only good thing about this restobar, and it literally took them a very long time to serve our food. So we decided to take out our order because we basically lost our appetite at this point. And after informing their staff, i heard a voice coming from the kitchen in an angry tone that we should pay first before getting our order, making it sound like I wasn’t gonna pay.
Overall, it was a very bad experience and it’s sad to see that there are filipino owned and operated restaurants who look down on their fellow filipinos. I felt very discriminated. This is the first and last time I’m spending my money here. There are better restaurants and bars out here in Moalboal.
There seems to be other reviews here of other people who encountered the same discrimination and the worst service coming...
Read moreWe are deceived from the food. I ate one of the worst burger, first it came cold and the cheese not melted, I ask to make it hot, it came back cheese still not melted but burger was hot. They told me this cheese can not melt.. It is the first time I saw cheese than can not melt. Anyway the chicken and the bread were also not good, same plastic, the chicken wing were very dry and not good also. The French fried were small and overcooked, it seems also with not fresh oil. The shake were OK. Staff is OK but not particularly friendly as in some other places. I think for just have a drink you can come here but for food this is not a good place. Be aware that this place offer you a drink if you give a 5 stars review so some reviews may not...
