The Lounge Moalboal — Restaurant in Cebu

We were 5 people and 3 of us we were waiting 1 hour for the food and there were bolognese pasta and 2 plates of noodles I order just a fruit salad and they took 40 minutes to bring it and another friend 50 minutes for a tenderloin steak The main of him It came with fries and they take the fries around 15 minutes after his meal, and he and me we were waiting for the cutlery. The place was empty, It was just our table, and 2 more couples.

The food was nice, the prices higher than average, but the service was HORRIBLE.

They even didn't give a discount or at least said sorry. My friends wanted to ask for a dessert and they said it was closed, but on Google Maps It said that is open until 0:00 And last but not least another couple order some food, and the guy got the meal but the partner after 20 minutes didn't get it and they left. The organisation and management here is really bad. These extra 4 reasons is why I'm giving 1 star...

It's a fancy place within the area, it's along the road. They do have a variety of menu but some of them weren't available (grill and burger section, specifically the steak). They gave complementary sides - homemade bread which was tasty and considerate of them. The place is a bit small in which they cannot really accommodate big groups due to its limited seatings.

Food was great and delicious. Expectedly, they are a bit pricey. Portions of the food were good. Staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, experience was great! Great ambiance and interior as well. Definitely, a good place to lounge around and have some wine, tapas or...

The food was delicious. We started with spicy tomato soup and calamari. The soup was tangy and spicy (4/5) & calamari was squid rings 5/5. For our entrees we got Chicken & waffles, pepper steak, and seafood curry. The pepper steak was the show stopper. Our favorite dish, definitely a 5/5.
