Rating purely on their motorbike shop. JGâs Grill seemed to be doing business with Tongo Hill Cottages nearby. As a guest at Tongo, we were linked to JGâs immediately. We had our license checked and paper signed at Tongo, and later brought to JGâs to pick up the motorbikes. One of the bikes came with an already broken mirror. But later the owner insisted on charging us for the damage even when we had a photo for proof (unfortunately it wasnât taken in the beginning of renting). Even Tongoâs manager, who brought us there, saw the broken mirror in the first place. Later they tried to charge us for getting the bike dirty from the road.
