It was a rainy afternoon in Coron when I searched for good, budget friendly comfort food. When I arrived, it was already closed. I rang the doorbell and politely asked what is their usual operating hours. Sadly, I was an hour late. However, luckily out of curiousity, the owner asked if I am a tourist, and said yes I was. He checked if there are still available bulalo, lo and behold there still few orders left. He opened the doors and served me hot bulalo soup.
