I ordered a Caramel Frappuccino and Belgian Waffle with Strawberry: Minimum caramel syrup in the drink. Minimum strawberry syrup in the Belgian Waffle. The waffle is only warm not toasted. What's the deal with minimum serving? Are you going to go bankrupt or take it home??? This is the worst place to order that I've experienced in the Philippines. Also, I saw a female employee preparing a drink… accidentally dropping the cup on the floor picking it up, and using it to serve. They should review their CCTV and dismiss this gross employee.

We went here for coffee after having big breakfasts. We didn't have to wait long in line for our all-time favorites, caramel macchiato and caffé latte. The ambiance was great with classics and the staff were accommodating and friendly.

This is my first time to visit the store and it has a welcoming ambiance and beautiful interior design. The store is well- maintained too. Partners are very friendly and genuine. I ordered my usual Personal Tall Brewed Coffee and a Cookie.The POS partner is knowledgeable in taking care of my order. Regardless they have a bulk order in placed, they have managed to deliver my drink in a timely manner. Starbucks is, staple and consistent cafe place with great drinks and great service. Always one of the better cafe places in general and in Dagupan. Service was quick and friendly even if it's during the morning rush. Located on the front left entrance of SM. This store could have been a little bit more clean for the tables, but overall great.
