French Baker — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

Food is average and they have Very Terrible customer service.

The Lasagna tasted realy good and it was freshly baked. The bread served with it was not that fresh. The seafood pasta was a fail. It's not fresh. It definitlely tasted like frozen food, from the pasta to the sauce and meat. The Hickory Spare ribs tasted good. The mushroom soup in a breadbowl is not even hot. How dissapointing.

Service could really use some improvement. They seem to be overwhelmed despite having few customers. They are not attenttive that we had to approach them just to ask for water which they should have served to us in the first place. The staff even mistakingly served us food that we did not order. Although the staff who served our food were nice.

Do note that despite them being a "sit down restaursnt" style. You still have to order your food by the counter. When we entered, not a single staff welcomed us. This might be their style?

Totally worst experience. Unprofessionalism. The behavior of staff, specificaly those assigned at getting orders for dining (kitchen) was inappropriate. They were laughing about the food "hickory spareribs" and saying bad words. I was unable to report it to the manager on the spot because I dont want to make a scene. I hope the management team of French B. Dasma branch should teach staff proper behavior at work. The food is good but customer service, those at the left counter, should...

Terrible customer service.

Ordered baked lasagna for my kids and merong PLASTIC ung food. Told the waitress and she was polite, she even told me n papalitan n lang but i said i need refund n lang. And they did but the manager said bit loud ‘ PANONG NAGKA PLASTIC YAN? ‘ then the cook dtaff staring at us while leaving the resto. Walang apology, nothing at all....
