Mesa SM City Dasmariñas, Cavite — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

I dined here with my family due to the appealing atmosphere and convenient location in SM, but we were seriously disappointed with the overall experience. The service was lacking, and several food items were excessively sweet. For example, the pancit canton, sotanghon, and mixed vegetables were all overly sugary, making our meal feel overpriced.

Moreover, we experienced an unacceptable delay with our drinks. It was only when I approached the counter that I learned our drinks were unavailable. This lack of communication is entirely inadequate.

I believe it is the chef's responsibility to inform the floor staff about what is not available for the day. This would prevent customers from ordering items that they expect to...

The Sinigang belly with pineapple and guava is a must to try!! The seafood grill plate is just so so and over price for 1295 very less in quantity and shrimp were very small hardly we could get meat from the shell and the grilled chicken was bland . The food in general is filipino with some twists. We usually order chicken binakol, squid, and some meat. I didn’t like the appetizer (tinapa). I wish they bring back our previous favorite which is tawilis with mango slices.

We were served by OJT staff from local schools. They did well from taking our orders and bringing our foods. We were allowed to bring our dog on the condition we use the group table at the side, which is not an issue.
