I dined here with my family due to the appealing atmosphere and convenient location in SM, but we were seriously disappointed with the overall experience. The service was lacking, and several food items were excessively sweet. For example, the pancit canton, sotanghon, and mixed vegetables were all overly sugary, making our meal feel overpriced.
Moreover, we experienced an unacceptable delay with our drinks. It was only when I approached the counter that I learned our drinks were unavailable. This lack of communication is entirely inadequate.
