I never liked Krispy Kreme but i fell in love with Green Tea Kitkat. 💚💚💚 👩‍💼👎 I had rate 3 start because the staff who assisted me tried her best to be not rude, but still is. I was asking her how to redeem the free half dozen once I got the OG card, i tried asking her if i needed to buy one dozen to avail it but she is so excited to answer me and kept saying, i have to finish the registration and i asked it if will take long, she said, depends on my data... I thought there was WIFI to which she responded quickly ' we dont have WIFI,' she sounded really rude and just in a hurry to finish assisting me or answering questions and even my friends noticed it. When i finally got to register, the cashier then told me that i dont have to buy anything, the half dozen is completely free. I am really annoyed because my friends have been waiting for me, only if i know that i don't have to buy anything to get the free dozen, i should've bought one dozen already before the OG card registration and so my friends can eat while i do all the registration. The cashiers are really nice though. I think the first lady who assisted me might be having a bad day or just don't like what she's doing. 🥵 It is noticeably hot inside. Poor costumer service!! 4 cashiers were in front of me yet no one took my order. They were busy chitchatting and I was waiting for them to help me. So what I did nag sabi na ako ng order ko since walang namamansin. Nakakairita pa I’m the only costumer that time 😕. So I asked one of the ladies if I can get a dozen donut tinarayan pa ako nung babae and told me na alam mong kay ginagawa ako excuse me??? bibili ako ng 1 dozen donut tatarayan moko? I was being nice waiting for them to notice ME because I don’t want to be disrespectful. JUST SO YOU KNOW KRISPY KREME!!! YOUR STAFFS ARE FEELING ENTITLED!!!! TEACH THEM HOW TO TREAT THEIR COSTUMERS PROPERLY...

This is my favorite commercial doughnut brand! Their doughnuts are always soft and chewy and most seem to melt in your mouth. I also love that they have plenty of flavors to choose from but not as much as the other doughnut shops that the options overwhelm you. Their limited edition doughnuts are always exciting to try as well, and they introduce plenty of new flavors for a limited time.
