My wife and I decided to have dinner last night, as we were craving more after our Friday night treat from my best friend. We thought the sisig would taste even better if it were freshly cooked.
Overall, our dining experience was almost perfect—the food was absolutely delicious—but unfortunately, the poor service did not complement the quality of the dishes.
We ordered Scallops, Danggit Fried Rice, Kare-Kare, and Sisig. Everything was served together except for the sisig. The Scallops were placed in front of my wife, but some of the sauce spilled onto the floor and even on her legs. It was hot, and to our disappointment, the server did not even bother to apologize. Unbelievable.
Later on, we had to follow up on our sisig three times, as we were already almost done eating and it still hadn’t arrived. The servers we approached simply said they would follow up, but none of them came back with any update—it felt like our request was completely ignored. We would have appreciated at least an estimated waiting time or a polite update instead of being left hanging.
In the end, I decided to cancel the order. Thankfully, the sisig was not included in the bill.

Read moreWe had dinner at Kuya J SM Dasmariñas Branch yesterday and enjoyed the Filipino food, which was flavorful and worth the wait. Service time was reasonable, and the food didn’t disappoint.
However, the experience was affected by the unprofessional behavior of the staff— especially the female cashier named “ANN”, who was loud, foul-mouthed, and openly using curse words. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a family-friendly setting, especially with children present.
If the restaurant can’t maintain a kid-safe environment, it might be best to put up a warning at...
Read moreThe resto does not have enough space for guests to walk around. The food was okay, especially ube halo halo and squid sisig. But, it took them almost an hour to serve the dishes my family and I ordered. I know it isn't a fast food restaurant but it's tooooo slow compared to Max's Restaurant. Hopefully, they can do something about it since guests are there to eat and relax not to get stressed waiting too long for the dishes they...
