Sumo Niku — Restaurant in Dasmariñas

We arrived at sm dasma at around 11 am and went to sumo niku to reserve for our seats, they gave us paper telling we are number 23 in the list, i said its ok we will just sit on the vaccination area that was closed since its weekend but unfortunately we waited for more than 3 1/2 hrs.from time to time i ask what number is it already until the lady said its down that we are the 6th on the line, so me and my daughter went back to the vaccination area because there are lots of people waiting outside and my daughter want to sit down because she is tired of standing and she is already hungry but unfortunately We did not hear my name was called already due to the noise in the mall, when i check back the guy said my name was called 5 times already i said we did not hear it so maybe we could be nxt to enter but the guy said i have to wait again because if my name was passed i have to start from scratch.i said i have a kid to attend and if they really called my name i will surely hear it.i will not reccomend this rstaurant the staff is very rude and they are not accomodating at all. They look at us from head to toe and i dont like his rude approach especially they dont hve enough chairs to accomodate the customers.imagine they only have 6 chairs for...

Food was worth it since the "wagyu" strips were pretty tasty and overall the food tasted pretty decent. As with most samgyupsal places they do have a time limit of 2 hrs. Service was good but could have been better since it would seem that no one is actually paying attention to those customers needing a refill plus their order system is quite confusing since you are supposed to write it down on a piece of paper without anyone telling you that the strips of paper on the table would be for that specific task until you get to ask someone about it. Great thing here is that they won't force you to get rice for the first serving which some places do of course to get you filled at the onset. Store was a bit dark thiugh it may have been on purpose to have a more intimate vibe but in my personal opinion i think that vibe could work better for fancy 5 star sit down meals with champagne steak and caviar because here it just makes the place quite...

Food: The quality of their meat was superb. I love their marinated meat especially their Japanese Spicy Chicken. I like that you can choose the side dishes that you want to be served to you. Not like in other places where they put all side dishes on the table and some items are not eaten. They are using an electric grill with parchment paper that minimized the burnt meat. Their side dishes also tasted good.

Service: Their staff were not very accommodating. We still needed to request water to be served to us. One of their staff gave us this vibe that he does not like what he is doing. Even though their service is fast, there are still some items missing when orders are brought to our table even though there was a checklist for side dishes and meat.
