Hukad sa Golden Cowrie — Restaurant in Davao City

First time here. My cousin and I just wanna try it because we've been to all the other restaurants around it, and we're looking to try something new. The food is good, not bad, but not great either. The service could be better (we had to wait for our pitcher of drink loooong after the food was served). The atmosphere is just "meh"! Nothing interesting to see, nothing special to "ohh: and "ahh" about. It's conducive to conversing with your company, so I think that's good. My cousin thought the price exceeded the value of the food. She even commented that my Mom could definitely cook better. She's definitely right, but we're out her anyways, and we've decided to check out the place, so there's that. Not dissing the business, I think my Mom just spoiled me with her...

As a person who works in Hospitality i could say that the service is good, but the server i don't think so. Like me and my siblings dined for dinner and after ma serve ng pagkain while we start eating our food most of them ay nag kumpulan sa may counter which is in front ng table namin, napansin ko na nag bubulungan sila at nag tatawanan while pasaglit na tumitingin sa table namin, and dun palang alam ko na ma pinag chichismisan nila kami, and for what reason. Like its really intimidating and uncomfortable habang kumakain ka na alam mong may nangyayari sa paligid mo, well as a team hindi maiiwasan yan na mangyari pero siguruhin niyo naman na kayo kayo lang ang makaka alam, hindi yung harap harapan. Kasi ako alam ko na ping chichismisan kami kasi kahit ng team ko dati sa restaurant ay ginagawa din naman namin yun pero sa backdoor nang yayari yung kami kami lang nakaka alam. Sana ma actionan ito ng management, para naman at least hindi na mauli. After namin kumain nag tanong ang isang staff how's the food daw and experience and napakagandang rapport yun kaya nag open up ako sa kaniya, lalaki na maliit cia😊. And yun sa kaniya ko inopen up and im not sure kung yung mga sinabi ko i siseryosohin nila or pag tatawanan lang nila. Well its not my loss kung pag tatawanan lang nila it's theirs. This is a Filipino restaurant. The nicest thing about it is the unlimited rice. Most of the food on the menu taste really good. Cold calamansi juice is refreshing. The prices are also affordable. Serving of food is relatively fast considering the number of customers dinning.
