Not much food to choose from more or less 5-8 cooked dished to choose which all taste disgusting and underwhelming makes me puke 𤎠the pork dish was hairy they didnât even shave it very unappetizing the sushi rolls are tasteless itâs like they were just rolling the rice with seaweed, the hotpot selection has no quality at all the fish balls and lobster balls taste mushy all flour the thinly slice meat for the hotpot all fats the grilling selection are not fresh like 3 days old they even are greedy with their soggy tempura keep holding it in the back of their kitchen they only serve the vegetable tempura that nobody wants while hiding the shrimp tempura, their dim sum selection is a scam serving the low quality fishballs and crab sticks from the hotpot section not really a dimsum lol no hakaw or siomai đ their soda selection taste like water and very flat no fizz itâs like mixing soda syrup with tap water their fancy looking juice taste chemically and disgusting. and small cockroaches everywhere running around the food area. I canât believe the other reviewers here giving 5 star itâs like they are delusional or it is their first time trying a buffet saying it delicious and a haven for buffet enthusiasts is a huge joke đ or maybe they do not care about the taste just the ambience giving it 5star overall not worth it here better...
   Read moreI thought of giving a feedback or not but hereâs my decision. Last Sunday, we finally came to visit this place cause weâve been craving it for so long and wanted to try it. Unfortunately, our first experience did not go well.
Ff: It was a busy night, we understood and we were patient. We asked for assistance but sad to say service is poor and mura lang jd nag bagdoy2 ang uban staff. Well, we did not mind that, the concerning part is, when we asked one of the staff to assist us kay sge kapalong ilang gasol, accidentally natabig ang water and my daughter got wet, really wet that we need to buy new clothes kay wala nay extra. We could have understood it IF they sincerely asked for an apology but instead, what happened was, niingon lang ang staff âay sorryâ and just went back on trying to turn on the stove ba na nla. Then wala na silay gihimo, 3 sla nagtabang ato and no one offered tissue or any cloth para di lang jd kaayo basa ang dress sa akng anak.
I complained sa front desk and she attended our concern and also a manager approached us. The sad and realistic point is, how come that staff wonât take responsibility? Pwede ra jd to mastoryahan pero sadly, niabot sa point na manager pa need mag pacify and fix the issue.
To think staff should be more careful in a resto like, this. Thankful nalang ko na water nayabo and dli ang soup.
