Jollibee SM City Davao — Restaurant in Davao City

I recently visited Jollibee and while I enjoyed the food, I have to give it a three-star rating due to its mediocre cleanliness and service.

The restaurant seemed to be slightly lacking in hygiene, with some areas appearing dirty and unclean. The floors were not well-maintained, and I even saw a whole cup which could easily be picked up and thrown just lying on the floor near the front. It wasn't filthy, but some occasional sweeping could do some good.

The service was also not up to par. I experienced frustration with a simple request for my drink order. I requested that my Pepsi float had no ice, but my request was refused. Other Jollibee locations have fulfilled this request for me in the past, so I was disappointed that this location could not do the same.

Furthermore, half of the seating areas in the restaurant were closed off for what seemed to be no reason despite how busy it was. It didn't affect my search for a seat, as I was accompanied by only one person, but it looked a little dissapointing to see.

On the bright side, the food was tasty and flavorful. Though nearing the closing the yumburger tasted less fresh than if it had been ordered earlier in the day, everything else tasted great.

Overall, while the food was good, the poor cleanliness, mediocre service, and half of the area being closed off detracted from the dining experience. I hope that Jollibee can improve in these areas to provide a better overall experience for...
